The outdoor lounge chairs by the pool are in a state of disrepair, and the fact that the pool isn't heated might be a dealbreaker for some. I also experienced difficulties with the shower, which flat out didn't work, forcing me to use the tub instead. Dining options are virtually nonexistent within a comfortable walking distance, and after trying to order delivery from nearby, it was disappointing when the order never arrived, with the only remorse coming as a late refund.
